Meeting international competitors who have achieved distinction through dedication and perseverance can be of great inspiration and provide a turning point in the lives of children meeting their sporting heroes and heroines in person and learning from their achievements. The stars make themselves available not only to encourage maximum response from the children and parents, but also because of their concern to see children with outstanding sporting ability given the essential financial support which Super Schools Wales fundraising also provides through the Super Schools Award Fund.
